Delivery/Exchange/Refund/Cancellation Policy

Delivery Policy

1. Courier & Delivery Time

Products you order from GOAL STUDIO will be shipped via DHL and will take 3-7 days to arrive at the destination.

2. Check Delivery Status

You can check the delivery status from [ORDER CHECK] on the top right of the website.

3. Shipping Fee

Shipping fee depends on the amount you paid for your order.

1) Purchase of $200 or more: Free shipping
2) Purchase of less than $200: $20 shipping fee

     3) In case of customs suspension or reasons attributable to the customer, a round trip shipping fee will be charged for return.

     *A round-trip shipping fee will be charged if the product is lost or damaged due to the customer's intentional or carelessness, or if the address is incorrectly entered.


Exchange Policy

*Products cannot be exchanged, but can only be refunded.



Refund Policy

Please return the products within 7days of receipt and you will be eligible for refund.

1. If the delivered product is damaged or misplaced, GOAL STUDIO will send a new product with free shipping, so please refer to the refund process below.
*Please refer to [NO REFUND] to check whether the product you received is damaged or not.

2. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase and wish to request a refund for the purchase of $200 or more, a refund shipping fee plus the original shipping fee, which was excluded at the time you made the purchase, will be charged. For the purchase of less than $200, a shipping fee for one way will be charged. The fee will automatically be deducted from the refund amount.


Refund Process

1.  Click [RETURNS] on the top right of website. 

2.  Login as a Member if you have registered as GOAL STUDIO member. Or else, login as a Non-member by entering your name and order number.

3.  In [ORDER/RETURNS] page, click [RETURN] of the product you wish to return. 

4.  GOAL STUDIO will send you an email about the next steps of the refund process.

5.  Prepare to return the product according to the details in the email. 

 After a product arrive for a refund, inspection will be carried out to check whether the product is in its original condition. If so, the refund will be processed.

 If you ship only the product to us without making a refund request on, you may not receive the refund as it will be difficult for us to track your product. Please be sure to follow the [Refund Process].


Products Ineligible for Refund

A refund is not available in following cases:

1.  After 7 days of receipt

2.  If any damage or loss of the value for the product is made by a customer

3.  If the product is not in the original condition (including all tags and packaging) as when a customer received it

If a customer returns a product that corresponds to any of the above, he/she may receive the product back according to the policy.



Refund Processing Time

Once GOAL STUDIO receives the product that is eligible for a refund, the refund will be processed through the credit card issuer, which may take up to five days.



Cancellation Policy

After you make a purchase, you can cancel your order only if your order status is ‘Preparing Shipment'. As orders cannot be canceled once they are shipped, please request a refund if you miss the chance to cancel.



Cancellation Process

1.   Click [ORDER CHECK] on the top right of website.

2.   Login as a Member if you have registered as GOAL STUDIO member. Or else, login as a Non-member by entering your name and order number.

3.   In [ORDER & RETURN] page, click [CANCEL REQUEST] below the product you wish to cancel.

4.   Write a reason for cancellation.

5.   Click [CANCEL REQUEST] at the bottom.
