FAQ

Q. How long does it take for shipping?
Product you ordered from GOAL STUDIO will arrive in 3-7 days.
Q. Where can I check Delivery Status?
Click [ORDER CHECK] on the upper right corner of the website.
Login as a Member if you have registered as GOAL STUDIO member.
Or else, login as a Non-member by entering your name and order number.
Q. How can I request a refund?
Please request a return within 7 days of receipt. Shipping fee depends on the amount of your order.

① For an order of 0 or more: Refund shipping fee plus the original shipping fee, which was excluded at the time you made the order, will be charged.

② For an order less than 0: Refund shipping fee for one way will be charged

  ※ In case the delivered product was damaged or misplaced, GOAL STUDIO will send a new product with free shipping.

[Refund Process]

① Click [RETURNS] on the top right of website.

② Login as a Member if you have registered as GOAL STUDIO member. Or else, login as a Non-member by entering your name and order number.

③ In [ORDER/RETURNS] page, click [REFUND] of the product you wish to return.

④ GOAL STUDIO will send you an email about the next steps of the refund process.

⑤ Prepare to return the product according to the details in the email.

  ※ After a product arrive for a refund, inspection will be carried out to check whether the product is in its original condition. If so, the refund will be processed.
  ※ If you ship only the product to us without making a refund request on goalstudio.com, you may not receive the refund as it will be difficult for us to track your product.

Please be sure to follow the [Refund Process].

A refund is not available in following cases:

1) After 7 days of receipt

2) if any damage or loss of the value for the product is made by a customer

3) If the product is not in the original condition (including all tags and packaging) as when a customer received it

  ※ If a customer returns a product that corresponds to any of the above, he/she may receive the product back according to the policy.
Q. How much is the shipping fee?
Shipping fee depends on the amount of your order.

1) For an order of$200: or more: Free shipping

2) For an order less than $200: $20

  ※ Customs duties / taxes may be incurred.
Q. I would like to exchange my product.
Delivered products cannot be exchanged but can only be refunded.
Q. I would like to cancel my order.
After you make a purchase, you can cancel your order only if your order status is ‘Preparing Shipment'.

You can cancel your order by clicking [ORDER CHECK] on the upper right corner of the website.
Q. What is the process for a refund after returning a product?
When GOAL STUDIO receives the product delivered for a refund, inspection will be carried out to check whether the product is in its original condition. If so, the refund will be processed.

The refund will be processed through the credit card issuer, which may take up to five days.
